In modern conditions, there is a growing awareness of the role of physical culture and sports as a factor in improving human nature and society. A healthy lifestyle in general, physical culture and sports in particular, are becoming a unifying force and a national idea that contributes to the development of a strong state and a healthy society.The purpose of the article is to analyze the positive influence of the coach on the sports achievements of athletes based on the use of an integrated approach in the organization of training and competitive activities.Effective management of athletes' training and competition activities lays a solid foundation for the sports career of each athlete in particular and the physical culture and sports sector of Ukraine as a whole. Such management is carried out by highly qualified professionals, who are in demand today. Progressive coaches build their professional activities on the basis of finding the most effective means and methods of managing training and competition activities.The modern development of society puts before the training of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports the requirements for the formation of skills and abilities aimed at solving problems in complex, uncertain conditions. One of the most effective areas in education is an integrated approach to mastering professional knowledge, which specialists will apply in their professional activities.The integrated approach involves taking into account and combining four main aspects: the pedagogical aspect; the psychological aspect; the biomedical aspect; and the health aspect.
