The Development of Informal Competences Between the End of Compulsory School and Early Adulthood

Abstract: This study investigates whether the informal competencies effort, exertion, perseverance and volition develop differently among youth who enter firm- or school-based vocational education and training or general education tracks, which offer distinct socialisation environments.
