This research discusses the problem regarding the learning process that has not been achieved. Due to the lack of teachers utilizing varied learning models, it affects student learning outcomes from 22 students who completed 8 students (36.3%) and those who did not complete 14 students (63.6%). The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of learning outcomes from the use of the jigsaw type learning model in social studies subjects for class IV at MI Muhammadiyah Pekalongan. The researchers used Classroom Action Research (PTK) that is alternative for developing and improving educational practices. PTK uses two cycles consisting of four components, namely planning , action , observation and reflection. By collecting observation data, tests and documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes for class IV social studies subjects at MI Muhammadiyah Pekalongan, seen in the students' learning mastery at the beginning of 31.8%, the first cycle of the second meeting increased 40.9% and the second cycle of completeness increased to 86.3%. The academic success of students can be measured by their aptitude for classroom learning, the role of lecturer as motivator facilitator, and fulfils other responsibilities in the learning process of a specific unit of competency or subject. The teaching presentation of the fashion pattern construction course incorporated many instructional techniques, including lectures, interactive Q&A sessions, practical exercises, and assignments. Such learning should be cultivated to ascertain the cognitive abilities of pupils in comprehending and effectively applying information to attain favourable learning outcomes. One of the techniques that lecturers can utilize to improve student learning outcomes in the Fashion Pattern Construction course is by adopting the Task Learning approach, because this approach incorporates activities for the benefit of students that can raise their interest and interaction in the course, enhance their engagement and participation in the classroom. So, this study aimed at increasing students’ learning outcomes through task learning approach. The employed approach is classroom action research, comprising four distinct stages: planning, activity, observation, and reflection. A total of 34 students, all of whom were D3 fashion design students, were the subjects of this study. The findings demonstrated the efficacy of the Task Learning methodology in enhancing student learning outcomes, as seen by the percentage increase in student learning outcomes observed between cycle 1 and cycle 2.

There are so many words in English. Learning these words is a big problem for students of English. However, there are ways to solve this problem. One way is to become familiar with the process of word formation. This process enables students to understand how a word is formed. This analysisis in important and use ful to learn because they are very commonly used in English. Developing some skills in taking words apart will help students better understand what they read, what the meaning of a word, and finally increase students' interest. The purposes of this research are to find out wheter using matching card media can improve students interest in learning english and what the students responses. The subject of this research was class XI Slb ; which consisted of 8 students. This research was done in two cycles. The researcher used short answer tests, observation checklist tables, and field notes as the tools of collecting data. The research finding showed that the students interest to learning english language improved the first cycle to the last cycle. The result of the students 70 % improved their interest , improved their in speaking 40%, improved student writing 70%, recognize word formation and matching card process 70%, participate in class discussion 25%, and get better class attendance. From the result above, the-writers believe that matcing card is very use ful to improve students' intererst and has positive impact towards the students learning process.
