Abstract:Objective: Color Doppler ultrasound was used to evaluate the intraabdominal ovarian cancer tumor model in nude mice, to explore its diagnostic value on ovarian cancer in nude mice. Materials and Methods: A SKOV3 cell line was utilized to establish intraperitoneal implant tumor model of ovarian cancer in nude mice.
