“…Although open surgical resection remains the gold standard for diagnosing STTs, imaging-guided core needle biopsy (CNB) like US-guided or CT-guided CNB offers a cost-effective and safe alternative with diagnostic accuracy ranging from 66% to 98% [10] , [11] , [12] , [13] . Of these modalities, US-guided CNB has been performed as a regular procedure in our institution to obtain STTs specimens for the reason that it not only enables real-time visualization of biopsy needles without radiation exposure but also avoids vessel injury with the help of Doppler imaging [12] .
