Abstract: Nano Zn0.9Ni0.1Co2-xFexO4 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15) specimens were synthesized utilizing the hydrothermal method. An extensive assessment was conducted on the structure and dielectric characteristics of the fabricated specimens.
