The discriminative stimulus effects of bretazenil and lorazepam in rats trained to discriminate pentobarbital from saline

Abstract: Low‐efficacy positive modulators of the GABAA receptor, such as bretazenil, could potentially treat anxiety disorders with less liability for abuse and dependence than traditional benzodiazepines.
