The Disposal of COVID-19 Dead Bodies: Impact of Sri Lanka’s Response on Fundamental Rights

Abstract: In early 2020, the Government of Sri Lanka decided that all bodies of individuals who had (or were suspected to have) died of COVID-19 should be disposed of by cremation alone.
