The distribution of Ohio’s Certificates to Recommend: who will “prescribe” medical marijuana?

Abstract: Background: Under Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program rules, Ohio physicians that recommend medical marijuana (MMJ) to patients must possess a Certificate to Recommend (CTR) from the State Medical Board.
