The Double-Spiral Antenna for the Production of Microwave Plasma Jets

Abstract: A double-spiral surface plasmon polariton (SPP) antenna is designed to produce a long-microwave plasma jet at atmospheric pressure with low power. This new structure antenna is made by an outer-tube spiral copper wire and an inner copper wire.
