Developing Green Building (GB) is one of the most effective measures to save energy and reduce carbon emissions in the world. To promote the development of green building, it is necessary to analyze driving factors and contribution through the analysis for relationship between regional economy and green building. Therefore, based on the system dynamic(SD) theory, this paper constructs the structure model of the stock flow diagram, including the regional economic subsystem, social subsystem, government support subsystem and green building subsystem. Among the model, Guangdong province, as the most prosperous province of economic development with the largest numbers of certified green buildings in China, has been chosen to show the influence level of their relationship. Through simulation, results can be easily shown that development of GB can make contributions to the field of local economy, however, also be limited by the regional condition, including policy incentive, regional economic, technological, etc. We can also find that direct contribution to the GDP the Green Building made can reach about 2.47 ‰, and 9.23 ‰ indirectly. If the current level of regional production is stable, it can be found that each additional 10,000 square meters of green area building may produce about ¥018.2 million for economy. On the contrary, that the regional economy investment in fixed assets increased by ¥1 million can stimulate 0.001648 million square meter demand of GB. Additionally, employment opportunities directly or indirectly have also been considered.

The organic farming shows growth trend all over the world. It became an integral part of the agricultural production not only in the developed countries, but also in the so called Third World countries. In the latter countries, the organic farming develops mainly in connection with the fair trade projects. The share of the organic farming in the agricultural land is in many countries above 10%, including the Central and Eastern European countries. The Czech Republic actively supports the organic production. The share of the Czech organic farming in the agricultural land has overpassed 11.5%. The paper deals with organic production in the South Bohemian Region. The aim is to determine main changes in the structure of the organic production in the period 2008-2011, specifically in connection with the changes in the subsidy policy. The increase of individual organically farmed areas correlates positively with the increase of subsidies set up within the Programme of rural development [2007][2008][2009][2010][2011][2012][2013]. At the same time, it is obvious that those subsidies affect the diversity of the agricultural crops. Keywords: animal production, organic farming, plant production, policy of subsidies, South Bohemian Region. AbstraktEkologické zemědělství vykazuje celosvětově růstový trend. Stalo se organickou součástí agrární produkce nejenom ve vyspělých zemích, ale i v zemích tzv. třetího světa. Zde se pak rozvíjí hlavně ve spojení s projekty fair trade. Také EU podporuje tuto oblast alternativní agroenvironmentální produkce. V mnoha zemích se podíl ekologického zemědělství na zemědělské půdě pohybuje nad 10% a to včetně zemí bývalého východního bloku. ČR aktivně podporuje ekologickou produkci. Její podíl na zemědělské půdě již přesáhl 11,5 %. Předmětem výzkumu je bioprodukce v jihočeském regionu, cílem pak vymezení základních změn v její struktuře v období let 2008-2011, a to konkrétně ve vazbě na změny v dotační podpoře. Rozšíření jednotlivých ekologicky obhospodařovaných ploch pozitivně koreluje s navýšením dotací v rámci Programu rozvoje venkova 2007-2013. Zároveň současné dotace do EZ ovlivňují diverzitu zemědělských plodin.

In this paper model for organic farming development to support government decision making is presented. After performing several simulation scenarios we discovered that conversion to organic farming relies on subsidies which provide the main motivation for conversion from conventional farming to organic farming. However, the subsidies are not the only driving force in the system, even more important are activities that promote organic farming, since sufficiently large subsidies could not be provided in order to complete the conversion from conventional to organic farming to the extent desired. Another important feature is food demand, determined by population size, which negatively influences the conversion to organic farming due to the increased demand leading to increased food prices.
