OBJECTIVES Given the increasing demand for untact home training due to its various advantages, numerous studies have been actively conducted both domestically and internationally to verify the exercise effects of untact home training interventions across different age groups. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of untact home training interventions on health fitness, lipid metabolism, and psychological factors throughout the life cycle.METHODS In this study, literature was searched for domestic academic papers published from January 1, 2020, to March 31, 2024, and a total of 35 papers were selected for final analysis. The study examined the subjects, types of exercise, intervention periods, measured factors, and effects, and significant findings were derived based on this analysis.RESULTS The results of the final selected studies indicate that most research measured variables such as health fitness, lipid metabolism, and psychological factors to confirm the effectiveness of untact home training interventions. While the effectiveness scores varied slightly across different variables, it was generally confirmed that positive improvements were observed in the intervention groups following participation in untact home training.CONCLUSIONS Based on these results, it can be concluded that untact home training interventions can have positive effects across various age groups and may serve as foundational data for developing and utilizing untact home training methods suitable for different stages of the life cycle. However, untact home training interventions that do not consider individual differences may not be sufficient to produce effective outcomes across various variables. Therefore, such interventions should be applied carefully, considering the characteristics of the participants. Furthermore, systematic and in-depth clinical comparative studies on this topic are needed in the future.
