The effect of burnout on postgraduate year‐one pharmacy residents' pursuit of additional training

Abstract: Background: The decision for postgraduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy residents to pursue additional postgraduate training (PGT) is impacted by a variety of internal and external factors.
