The effect of CEO entrepreneurial passion on family firm entrepreneurial orientation: does generational stage matter?

Abstract: PurposeThe purpose of this study is to explore to what extent passionate family chief executive officers (CEOs) increase the entrepreneurial orientation (EO) of the family firm.
