The Effect of Compensation Committee Quality on the Association between CEO Cash Compensation and Accounting Performance

Abstract: Manuscript Type: EmpiricalResearch Question/Issue: We examine the effect of compensation committee quality on the association between CEO cash compensation and accounting earnings and the moderating effects of growth opportunities and earnings status.
