The Effect of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which can be indicated as commitment, communication, and quality service, on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
