Through the lens of social cognitive theory (SCT), we formulated hypotheses and tested the mediating role of psychological empowerment (PE) in linking transformational leadership (TL) to project success (PS). A structured questionnaire was used to gather responses from 356 team members, project managers, and stakeholders. Our findings demonstrated that PE and TL had a substantial influence on PS. Furthermore, we determined that PE partially mediates the relationship between TL and PS. This study sought to give insights into this relationship and identified PE as a precondition for TL effectiveness. These findings have implications for theorists and practitioners because they assert that the association between TL and PS may be explained by psychological empowerment as the underlying mechanism. By demonstrating how leaders inspire their followers to become leaders themselves, we elucidate how these findings add to the literature on leadership. We also go into further detail about the use of leadership training.

Purpose: This study intends to propose and test an inclusive framework of shared leadership, internal marketing, internal communication, thriving, and project success. Design/Methodology: Using an online survey tool, the study collected time-lagged data from 256 employees of four insurance companies. The subjects were selected using a convenience sampling technique. The theorized relations were examined using structural equation modeling in AMOS. Findings: All the theorized relationships were supported except the direct effects of internal communication and project success. In addition, thriving and project success were not found to be significant, and the mediation of thriving between shared leadership and project success was not supported. When leadership is shared among group members, it is more likely that projects will be successful. Originality: The study contributes supplementary insights to project management and leadership literature. Scholars in this domain will benefit from these findings and develop better models for projects.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of knowledge-oriented leadership on the enterprise resource planning project success (PS) through mediating the role of team creativity in the software industry. Data was collected from 374 respondents from software houses in Pakistan via self-administered questionnaires using AMOS for data analysis software. Findings show that knowledge-oriented leadership is significant and positively related to enterprise resource planning project success. Results also verified that knowledge-oriented leadership has a significant effect on team creativity. Finally, the current study also confirms that team creativity significantly mediates the relationship between project manager's knowledge-oriented leadership style and enterprise resource planning project success. This research work extends the knowledge on leadership and enterprise resource planning by investigating how knowledge-oriented leadership affects enterprise resource planning PS through team creativity. This research work finds that knowledge-oriented leadership enhances team creativity and ultimately affects enterprise resource planning PS.
