The effect of executive compensation on earnings quality of conglomerates listed in Nigeria

Abstract: This paper is an empirical analysis of the impact of Executive compensation on earnings quality of listed firms in Nigeria for the period of 2015-2019. The study adopts the multiple regression technique. Data were collected from the annual reports and accounts of sampled firms.
