The effect of far-field cylindrical scatterers on radio direction finding and beamforming estimated by cylindrical array of dipoles

Abstract: Direction finding using a cylindrical array of dipoles has been implemented in presence of large cylindrical scatterers. A different number of scatterers in the simulations are used. The effect of the large cylindrical scatterers is considered by cylindrical harmonic expansion of the scattered field. These fields are computed analytically.
