Abstract: Poultry farming poses challenges due to hygiene and nutrition issues, leading to disease and inflammation in chickens. One of the challenges is gram-negative bacteria that stimulate pro-inflammatory reactions through lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cause disease and anorexia.
