Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the effect of implementing good governance and organizational culture on employee performance at the Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with regression analysis. This research was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 79 respondents.
