Abstract:Methanol is a liquid that has the characteristics of being light, very easy to evaporate, colorless, flammable, toxic, and has a very distinctive odor like ethanol but lighter. The World Health Organization (WHO) globally states that 320,000 people die every year due to methanol poisoning in the age range of around 15 years to 29 years.
