Abstract:Background: impressing the patient's oral cavity in dentistry can pose a risk of cross infection between doctor and patient. Therefore it is necessary to disinfect the impression material to remove bacteria that stick to the impression material. Disinfection that can be used besides sodium hypochlorite can also extract red betel leaves.
