“…The multi-ingredient formula containing valine, isoleucine, leucine, β-alanine, creatine, l -carnitine, quercetin, and betaine was pre-mixed and then suspended in the 0.5% CMC-Na solution (CMC-Na: distilled water = 0.5:100, w / v ).
