In one of these latter studies, RedlWenzl et al [28] described a series of 56 patients with septic shock, who remained hypotensive de spite fluids and high-dose dopamine infusions. Following the reduction of dopamine dose to 2.5 gg/kg/min, and the addition of noradrenaline titrated to increase the mean systemic blood pres sure above 60 mm Hg, mean creatinine clearance improved from 75 to 102 ml/min.…”
