The Effect of Organizational Climate on Team Performance: The Role of Knowledge Sharing as Mediator

Abstract: The study aims to analyze the impact knowledge sharing as mediator on the relationship between organizational climate and team performance. The number of samples used was 131 groups of 194 SPAMS Management Groups in the West Sumatra Province.
