The effect of orographic factors and soil fertility on the growth of Manglietia conifera Blume planta- tions in Tuyên Quang province of Vietnam

Abstract

Wood for the pulp-and-paper industry of Vietnam can be provided due to the cultivation of fastgrowing tropical species on forest plantations. Manglietia conifera Blume. V.S. Kumar plantations growing in the conditions of northern Vietnam have a short cutting period and allow the erosion processes on the slopes of various steepness to be reduced.
