The Effect of Perceived Organizational Exclusion on Employee Voice and Workflow Experience

Abstract: Globalleşen rekabet ortamı örgütlerin rekabet gücünde sahip oldukları insan sermayesinin belirleyici bir faktör haline gelmesine neden olmuştur. Örgüt içerisindeki çeşitli sosyal ilişkiler bu sermayeyi olumlu veya olumsuz olarak etkileyebilmektedir.
