Abstract:The surface properties of boron-doped nanocrystalline diamond (BDND) films were investigated in regard to their electrochemical response to phenol, 4-chlorophenol and 4-nitrophenol. The films were produced using Hot Filament CVD technique on Si substrate with a gas mixture of CH 4 /H 2 /Ar.
