Abstract:Radial forearm free flaps (RFFF) are a versatile option for the reconstruction of a wide variety of soft tissue defects and are particularly common in head and neck surgery. Benefits of RFFF include a relatively short operating time, a long pedicle, and a thinner, more pliable flap.
