The effect of promoting mental health through employee assistance program

Abstract: The employees are the valuable resources to any organizations. The business runs on the efficiency of employee’s performance. Their performances are determined by various factors like job skills, work culture, interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship and health. The health includes both physical and mental health. The disturbance in the mental health has an impact on the physical health which impacts the employee performance at work.
