Abstract:Karate athletes must master mawashi geri. To maximize athlete performance, Resistance and Plyometric Training Methods must be used. This study examines how resistance and plyometric training affect Mawashi Geri's proficiency. Simalungun junior karate practitioner Putera Dojo Tako.
