Abstract: Background: The Tape Locking Screw (TLS®) system for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) is an emerging short graft with tape suspension (SGTS) technique which uses a single hamstring tendon with tape suspension and dedicated interference screw fixation.
