The primary objective of this research was to create a model of Buyung gymnastics in gross motor learning in early childhood. Methods: This study included 5 material experts and 2 nationally licensed gymnastics experts, 2 early childhood education teachers, and 1 doctoral lecturer with early childhood evaluation and learning expertise. This study also made use of several documents. Development research was used in this study. This study was divided into three stages: (1) qualitatively analyzing documents in the form of a review of relevant literature, then conducting field observations and interviews to rationalize the problem so that it can be used to create a gymnastic model; (2) The researchers developed a Si Buyung exercise model to improve gross motor skills in kindergarten students and created a questionnaire to be handed to experts as an instrument; (3) After the Si Buyung model was created, the researchers validated it with five experts using the Delphi technique. Result: The computation results revealed that the total content validity of each statement item is more than 0.79, indicating that all statement items meet the criteria. An average of 0.84 was attained overall. Conclusion: Based on Aiken's validity, the Si Buyung exercise model for improving gross motor skills in early childhood has a good score, indicating that the Si Buyung exercise model can be applied in early childhood.

Study purpose. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of LTAD-based programming on the physical abilities and fundamental skills of basketball players aged 11-12 years. Materials and methods. The research method used was an experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The study participants included 50 basketball players, 25 males and 25 females, weighing ±50–70 kg and standing 159–172 cm tall.The instruments used consisted of a multistage fitness test, 30-meter sprint, Illinois run, layup, shooting under the ring, and free throw. Data was gathered by observation and testing. The data was analyzed descriptively using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests, which were aided by SPSS version 23. Results. The results of the male and female groups’ pretest-posttest showed that the Asymp.sig (2-tailed) values for the aspects of endurance, speed, agility, layup, shooting under the ring, and free throw were 0.000<0.05. The results of the posttest comparison between males and females revealed that the Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value for the aspects of endurance, agility, speed, layup, and free throw was 0.264–0.938>0.05, only for shooting under the ring the Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value was 0.008 <0.05. Conclusions. The male and female groups’ posttest results were better than the pretest results before LTAD-based programming. The majority of the posttest comparisons between males and females revealed no significant differences. This suggests that both the male and female groups improved after receiving LTAD-based programming.

Objectives. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of complex training on aerobic endurance, speed, power, and agility in adolescent basketball players. Materials and methods. Field testing experimental research method was used in the study. Purposive sampling was conducted, with participants meeting the following criteria: (1) basketball players training at one club (2) males, (3) having daily training at one club, and (4) being in good health. A total of 16 participants were involved with a body weight of ± 60-80 kg, and a height of 170-190 cm. Observation data collection techniques, review of relevant articles, and tests were used in order to obtain the required material. To ensure the assessment of physical aspects, the following tests and instruments were applied: Jump DF instrument, Multistage fitness test, 20-meter sprint, lane agility test. The Friedman test data analysis technique was performed using the statistical software program SPSS 23. Results. The average score for the first endurance test was 48.53, with the second and third tests demonstrated the results of 50.01 and 52.47, respectively. Similarly, the average speed test score achieved in the first was 3.20, the second was 3.18, and the third — 2.97. The average score for the first agility test was found to be 11.66, the second showed 11.70, and the third — 10.57. The average for the first leg muscle strength test was 66, while the second and third tests were found to be 65 and 69, respectively. The Friedman test variables were used to determine differences in aerobic endurance, speed, power, and agility, the overall significance value was 0.000<0.05. Conclusions. The implementation of a complex training method for 24 sessions provided a significant increase in aerobic endurance, speed, power, and agility of youth basketball players.
