Abstract:Objective
To investigate the effect of umbilical cord blood-mononuclear cells (UCB-MNC) on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in rabbits and its possible mechanism.
Methods
The rabbit knee osteoarthritis model was prepared by anterior cruciate ligament (ACLT) method.
