Abstract: This study analyze the effects of effort expectation, performance expectancy, social influences, and facility conditions on behavioral intentions and using behavior. The research method this time uses quantitative methods with data collection tools using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method of this research is PLS-SEM.
