Abstract: Water-soluble tomato concentrate (WSTC) has demonstrated beneficial effect on blood flow in healthy populations. The prospective, randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled clinical trial was conducted to explore the impact of WSTC on individuals with elevated cholesterol levels.
