Abstract:Background
Excessive Gestational Weight Gain (EGWG) and anxiety are co-morbid conditions that increase the risk of adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of yoga on the anxiety of women with excessive pregnancy weight gain.
