Abstract

Analysis of recent researches and publicationsAmong the pathologies of the organ of vision, the leading place is occupied by inflammatory diseases, traumatic eye injuries. According to the domestic literature, the share of eye injuries accounts for more than 10% in the structure of the entire pathology of the organ of vision, with burns accounting for 8%. Of all eye injuries, the cornea accounts for up to 80% (Bothra & Arumugam, 2018).
