Globalization poses positive impacts such as advances in science and technology, facilitating the flow of information, communication, and distribution of goods and services. The negative impact of globalization in the form of a threat to the nation's culture, the loss of national identity, the dissolution of national borders, and the threat of other organizations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of State Civil Apparatus, organizational culture concept framework, and efforts to improve the performance of Civil State Apparatus. The issue of Civil Servant performance will be accomplished and fulfilled if several factors influence it. One of the factors in question is organizational culture. The type of research is qualitative, where the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Efforts to maintain the positive atmosphere of organizational culture will be able to improve employee performance, in other words the better the organizational culture the higher the high level of performance, otherwise the worse the existing organizational culture the lower level of employee performance becomes low.

This study aimed to disclose the potential impact of interpersonal communication, conflict management, Asta Brata leadership style, and work motivation on the teacher job in the junior high schools of Denpasar City, Indonesia. A quantitative survey method was used as the research design of this study. The data were obtained by conducting questionnaire distribution where the questionnaire as the research instrument covered the five variables. There were 234 junior high school teachers involved as the research sample from the total population 585 teachers. They were selected by using simple random sampling technique. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) technique was utilized to analyze the obtained data with the assistance of SMARTPLS software. The results of data analysis showed that interpersonal communication, conflict management, Asta Brata leadership style, and work motivation impact significantly positively on teacher job satisfaction. The study suggested that educational institutions should prioritize the development of open communication, effective leadership, conflict resolution, and employee motivation to promote teacher job satisfaction, which can lead to better student outcomes. School leaders should recognize the critical role of these factors and create strategies to improve them. Policymakers could use these findings to design effective programs and policies to enhance teacher job satisfaction.

Leadership is an important element in a company, because without leadership a company will experience setbacks. A leader has different characteristics in leading his subordinates. This leader's behavior is called leadership style. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on the performance of employees in PD. Greater Makassar Parking. This research is a quantitative research that shows causation. The sample in this study were 51 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique and 3 informants. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. The results showed that the democratic leadership style was in the "Very Good" category while the employee's performance was in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis it was concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance. Choosing the right leadership style will have a good impact on the company. The results of this study state that the democratic leadership style tends to be open with employees, this can improve an employee's performance because they are able to work together and provide direct opinions with leaders.
