Abstract: Introduction: Cleft Lip and Palate (CLAP) is one of the most frequent craniofacial anomalies. The management of patients with CLAP requires several repair procedures for the soft palate, the primary and secondary bony palate, the alveolar ridge, the lips and the nose.
