Abstract:Introduction: Preeclampsia is produced by the maternal immune system and trophoblast proinflammatory cytokines. Effective perioperative analgesics reduce surgery-related pain and inflammation. It explores how parecoxib affects IL-1, IL-6, prostaglandin and VAS in preeclampsia patients who had a spinal anesthesia cesarean.
