The Effectiveness of the Biological and Chemical Plant-Protecting Agents

Abstract

Pre–sowing treatment with the chemical protectant Het - Trick, SC and a biological preparation based on fungi of the genus Trichoderma allowed to reduce the number of phytopathogens per grain, increase laboratory germination and biometric parameters of seedlings. The number of spores on the grain decreased with the use of the chemical protectant Hat – Trick, SC to 700 pcs, when treated with a biological preparation to 775 pcs. The use of the Hat – Trick, SC protectant increased laboratory germination by 13.4%, and the biopreparation by 12.3% compared with the control. Biometric indicators of barley seedlings and roots significantly exceeded the control variant.
