Abstract:The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of quercetin on the biochemical composition of the carcass of broiler chickens. Methods. The studies were carried out on 100 heads of 7-day-old broiler chickens (cross Arbor Acres, 4 groups, n = 25).
