The effects of an exercise intervention on forward head and rounded shoulder postures in elite swimmers

Abstract: The exercise intervention was successful at decreasing forward head and rounded shoulder postures in elite swimmers. This study supports the theoretical basis for clinical rehabilitation of posture and the shoulder.
