The effects of bariatric surgeries on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract: Conclusions:This study identified a patient group that had considerably favorable patient profile: private insurance, younger age, fewer cirrhotics, and a lower mean ASA. Despite these factors these patients underwent more lobar resections with shorter operative times, and lower incidences of transfusion, hospitalization and mortality.
