The Effects of Bariatric Surgery on Vitamin B Status and Mental Health

Abstract: Diet is a modifiable factor that ensures optimal growth, biochemical performance, improved mood and mental functioning. Lack of nutrients, notably vitamin B, has an impact on human health and wellbeing.
