The Effects of Contradictory in Land Use and Land Policy to Land Revenue in the District of Petaling, Malaysia: A Preliminary Study

Abstract: The terms ‘planning permission’ and ‘land use’ are of no anomalous amongst policy makers in the field of land administration and town planning.
