Abstract: This study aimed to identify whether Mindfulness training can reduce insomnia-related symptoms. This research discusses sleep pattern disorders, especially insomnia, in students at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Thought at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
