The Effects of Post-Welding Heat Treatment on the Cryogenic Absorbed Energy of High Manganese Steel Weld Metal

Abstract: In this study, a post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) was proposed at high temperatures of 600 °C, 750 °C, and 900 °C for 30 min to significantly improve the impact absorbed energy of high manganese steel weld metal.
